Chicken!

Today was a cooking day for me as I needed to make Evelyn's food, I had quite a bit to do as we have some new stuff for her (chicken -which Jason cooked with apples in the slow cooker, spagetti squash) and were running out of a few essentials. Today I did the squashes and the chicken and hope to cook the rest on wendesday when I take Evelyn to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Evelyn is officially an omnivore as we gave her some of the chicken today. I don't think she knows what to do with it. She seemed to like it at first but not so much at the end. She ate only half of what I thought she would, we will keep trying to see what she wants. Maybe it will grow on her.

Today was another bad day for bed time. my timing must be way off - usually she goes to bed maybe fusses a little then after we give her a nuck and rub her back alittle she will either play quietly in her crib untill she sleeps or will go to sleep. tonight she cried for 2 hours before she fell asleep and I cheated by nursing her to sleep. while this is not something I hope to become a habbit it is nice occasionaly.
