Day 2 with the inlaws

They called at 7:30 just after J and I woke up, I wanted to still be asleep. I jumped out of bed and offered breakfast to J (assuming I would finish about the time they got there) he jumped on the chance and I asked bacon or sausage? His answer both when I actually cooked both I realized that I spoil him. So they started with a good breakfast.

They went to the bathroom and mil and me went to the back to dig in our compost pile and start our garden. My body is going to hate me in the morning and I can’t even take a hot shower paint is drying so cold shower is all I got. So we turn in the compost and run into some roots and after 30 min of struggling (me and the in-laws) we got the root up! So the garden was ready to plant and I was more than happy to take a break in the car to get the vegetable plants. That planted we started on the other side of the fence trying again to get the roots up thank god the worst of it was on the garden side. The good news is the garden looks great and I have another rosemary plant to kill (I killed the last one three times but then it stopped coming back so I needed a new one)

By the time all this was done it was time to make pizza! After dinner J and his dad put the vanity and sink in place and it looks great. The new lighting is up and though it is very bright (he really should have gotten frosted bulbs but he didn’t). I can’t wait to move the stuff in hopefully tomorrow evening. During the day I am going to lay on the hammock and relax.

The in-laws left early and I ran out side to get in the hammock they just brought us for our 1 year. J joined me so we could see if we could balance together it was a nice 5 minutes before he wanted to get back to work. But at least everything is back to normal and the house is passably clean.
