Today was about as bad as it can get as fat as Evelyn's schedule is concerned. We slept in messing up her sleeping and food schedule and it was downhill from there try as I might I couldn't get her back on track. I hope I never mess up her schedule this much again as it was a rough day even though she was playful she was definitely off and didn't eat well.
Tomorrow will likely not be much better as we will start the drive back to Rochester. I hope we can be back on track on Sunday though we will not make the trip in one shot, I hope we can do a majority of the drive Saturday.

It's hard to believe...
The little girl that came screaming into our lives is 1 year old already. It has been a crazy year and I wouldn't change it for anything! the little bundle of joy that did nothing but eat sleep and poop is now walking and talking (well a little bit) and doing all kinds of fun things. I can't tell you what I imagined this journey with Evelyn and Jason would be like but what I imagined doesn't even come close to the joys and anxieties that i have felt over the last year. To watch Evelyn bloom into the happy little girl that now toddles around the living room has been a miracle to me, I feel blessed for every secound that we have been together over the last year. I can't imagine what the next year will bring for us and can't help wondering what she will be like at 2.
I want to enjoy every secound and will continue to take tons of pictures because it is all going to fast and I know I will want to look back at them someday with her and tell her what a wonderful girl she was (and I'm sure she still will be).

H1N1
Today I got the H1N1 vaccination. When my doctor called I decided not to wait until work got it in stock as they don't seem to be in a hurry to send it to us. I am glad to have it over with now if we could just get Evelyn in. I hope she doesn't end up with a fever this time. I'm sure my arm will hurt tomorrow but I am fine for now.
I had a great conversation with the nurse regarding the possibility of pregnancy - no I don't think I am pregnant but hey the possibility is always there. I did reassure her that I didn't think I was pregnant and she gave me the shot.
