She dosen't even look sleepy!

Tonight as I was going to put Evelyn to bed J said she didn't look sleepy and that we were going to be in for a rough night. brushed her teeth and read her book and put her in the crib with a nuk. she took the nuk and went to sleep with in 10 minutes with little crying. I think she has been over tired when we put her to bed however we do it at the same time every night. She has trouble with nap times so I think that contributes. I just wish she went to bed like this every night. We will keep trying...

So your not sick?

I have been very proud of my postpartum weight loss and excited to be back to where I want to be. Until today when a co worker asked me about my weight. The conversation started well enough with him asking if I had gone below my pre-pregnancy weight. Of course the obvious conversation followed. I admitted that I hadn't been trying hard to loose the weight and exercising when I can though less than before. He asked how I managed to loose the weight considering what I had just told him. So I told him it was probably the nursing that helped out a lot. to which he responded "Oh good so your not sick then!"

as much as I appreciate the fact that he is happy that I am healthy I'm a little worried that he thought I looked sick now...

Moving

ACHC is moving (and eventualy merging with another company). Today was our last day at 87 North Clinton and we spent the day trying to pack while getting our normal work done. It was a fun day to say the least. I count myself one of the lucky ones - most of my work is on the computer and I have very little personal stuff so I didn't have a lot to pack. Mostly I helped my co workers.

Insomnia

I can't seem to sleep tonight (Evelyn however is doing very well at the moment). I guess I'm wound up. Tomorrow is going to be a very long day, sigh. and though I have managed to get the pictures up on Evelyn's blog I have no motivation to get cought up on this one - Evelyn's is more fun anyway.
